ALT/AST: Tests the level of ALT/AST enzymes in the blood; when the liver is damaged, these enzymes may spill into the bloodstream.
Creatinine: Measures creatinine in your blood to provide information about kidney function.
eGFR Calculation: Calculates how well the kidneys are working based on the level of creatinine in your blood.
Hepatitis C Antibody: Detects antibodies to the Hepatitis C virus in the blood. Hepatitis C can cause irreparable damage to the liver, but it is treatable and often curable if caught early.

Review the step-by-step directions included in your kit and collect your sample. Mail it to our CLIA/CAP Accredited Laboratories with the included prepaid shipping return mailer.
Receive accurate & actionable results
Within 3-5 days of the laboratory receiving your sample, you'll receive easy-to-understand, physician-reviewed results. Access your results online and share them with your physician.

All tests are validated by our clinical laboratory affiliates. Results are comparable to samples collected in a physician’s office or clinical laboratory.
We currently do accept FSA and HSA payment cards. To use your card, check out like you would normally with any other payment method. Please note: there is no guarantee that your FSA or HSA card will be accepted as these types of cards tend to have varying rules and regulations attached.
